I booked a room 12 days in advance and when I got there I found out that they overbooked and I was without a room. Along side others in the similar situation. Some had just a booking some had no bookung on record and others had paid but mo rooms. They just took us to a hotel in town that had rooms available and arranged with them to ensure we get same prices.
As I staid for a week there I found that it was a regular pracice for them to transfer people to other places as they always overbook.
I also rented a car and they gave me 12 extra hours then I asked for.
General view: They seem to practice overbooking regularly and are very disorganized. Some of the employees cannot even explain were the airport meeting place not to mention bookings get lost or they can't find it.
Totaly disapointed by the new management.

Clean, excellent staff, affordable.. breakfast buffet in the morning! :)
