We split the seafood soup and seafood pizza between two people for lunch - a filling combination. The seafood (scallops and shrimp) was fresh, as were the other veggie ingredients. The soup was well-balanced and a perfect warmer after walking the street on a brisk May afternoon. Service was cordial and quick. The seating area is well-lit with artistic decor.

Pricy café on the Laugavegur high street. Friendly, English speaking staff, with internet access for patrons. A decent lunch stop when window shopping downtown Reykjavik.

Nice quiet place to eat and sit or drink and sit.
Fast . Quiet. Friendly staff always keen to help.
And good wholesome food. My personal recommendation would be the "the coconut chicken soup ".

Very cosy and casual restaurant. There is one long menu on the wall for everyone, you choose your order, pay and go and find a seat then they will bring your order to you when ready. There are choices of hot and cold foods as well as vegetarian options and drinks. The staff is not always friendly.

If you're in Iceland with a budget I would defiantly recomend just waiting inside here. Eventually someone will offer you their pizza. If happened to me twice. Idk if Icelandic people just don't eat a lot or what but I got free pizza by some people who couldn't finnish theirs on two separate occasions!

Probably you will find inside the most expensive Döner Kebab in the world.. The taste is good but 1650kr is horror for every German who are used to pay about 400kr for a Döner in Germany. In Iceland you will get only a small hotdog for this amount :-(

Could smell amazing things when walking past so stopped for a coffee and bite to eat, hit the spot. Highly recommend the Swiss mocha, mocha with cold cream on top!

Breakfast special was big and filling. Falafel sandwich was nice. Coffee was good. Nothing stood out as spectacular, but it was a satisfying meal.

Absolutely fantastic little bistro/restaurant. Their veggie choices are great and the margarita pizza is to die for! They serve great and tasty quality food that's very affordable! I eat there regularly every time I am in Reykjavik, I can't wait to have their pizza again !!!!

I was very excited to see seafood soup with lots of chunks of seafood and vegetables in it on their website, but when I ordered it, I got the standard seafood puree. The website is just a lie. They used stock photos or something that they didn't even bother to make sure were similar. Very disappointed. When I confronted them about the discrepancy, even showing them their website, they didn't offer me a refund or another item. So, 1 Star.

Very happy we found this place so soon into our trip to Iceland! They have a great selection of sandwiches and breakfast foods. I'd consider eating here for breakfast or lunch. The coffee options are also quite good! The staff was friendly and there was no problem figuring out what we wanted as the menu was in English. The food was very tasty and we'll definitely be back for more! I uploaded a picture of the omelette and yogurt breakfasts with two cappuccinos :)
