  Amazing!! I was in a hostel near this building and I could see their on the night and the morning, beautiful like the city of Reikiavic!

  Small little church near the parliament. We tried the door and it was open, so we went in. This is in contrast with other countries where the church door.is open when the church itself is open. If you are interested in going in, don't hesitate to try the door!

  In The distance is a a Cathedral in Reykjavík, Iceland, that is seat of the Bishop of Iceland and mother church of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Iceland, as well as the parish church of the old city centre and environs. We were on a short stopover in Iceland.

  Lovely quaint church, with a nice organ and acoustic, and a very enjoyable Sunday morning service. Their choir was small, but committed, and the organist introduced the hymns with creative preludes, making the service flow almost seamlessly between the priest's intoned passages and congregational entries. People were very kind, in general.

  Very nice church and they had a Bach music program we stumbled upon that was delightful. He is doing it now over the next two years.
