Great place to grab a snack and a coffee. It's quite a large space so it doesn't feel too crowded.

Simple food (sandwiches, soups, etc) along with a large assortment dessert options.

Beautiful coffee and great breakfast. We were initially a little bit worried when we walked in and only saw sweet treats in the first display cabinet but once we saw the other one and the menu we found something more fitting for breakfast. The food was lovely and the coffee was just right. Ended up spending some time relaxing watching the world go by in a beautiful place.

    BEWARE OF PARKING

came here to grab some coffee and got a parking ticket minutes within parking near the shop. Apparently you have to go to the nearest bank to get a “clocking card” which is only an Icelandic think. Don’t expect the parking officials to communicate with you eitherwe tried to reach out to them to get some info and they completely ignore tourists. They’re clearly out for rental vehicles as well.

We were disappointed, unfortunately. Extremely untasty coffee, mediocre (to say the best) quality of pastries, untrained barista - and all of that for a high tourist price. The place looks awesome, but fails to deliver in terms of coffee and food quality. A great pity for a place that from the first sight seems so cool.

Nice cafe with friendly staff. I stopped in for coffee and also decided to try a piece of their pear cake. Both were quite good.

We had wonderful sandwiches here. We also had a wonderful apple cake. The restaurant was nicely decorated and clean. We would stop here again if we were in the area.

We went for desert (I got the cheesecake, which was good). Nice place. The only problem was that you can hear the band next door/downstairs in the same building, making it hard for conversation.

Best cafe in town. They are open late, and the friendly staff doesn't mind if you plug into the power for a recharge while sipping on bottomless coffee or tea. The food was tasty, and the coffee was even better.
