Delicious! Unlike many cafes that open at 11, this gem opens up at 7 am and serves a wide assortment of donuts (get the ones with filling) and savory treats. Helpful staff with free coffee refills/fast WiFi and seems like a local hangout/favorite as well. Also seems to be one of the cheaper eateries (~1,000 ISK for a donut, ham and cheese croissant, and coffee)
Highly recommended!
Most expensive coffee we had in Iceland, but so worth it.
This place does if all:
Coffee shop, bakery, supermarket, bar, restaurant - and everything is top notch!
Don't miss the delectable home made cakes and tarts. It if your more hungry, they do an excellent buffet lunch.
Great food, reasonably priced. Staff is super friendly.
Very cozy place, great owner and cheaper prices (like you would expect in US bakeries). Blueberry meringue cake is incredible!
The best Swiss Mocha I have ever tasted. Additionally, the hours are great, the crowd is hoping, and the bakery goods are fresh. Basically the only place you can go at 7am in Siglo; thank goodness it's awesome!
Great selection of herbal teas and delicious cakes. Really relaxed and friend place. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.
Finally I found a place with good coffee and pastries in Iceland. Yum. Tasty Illy espresso. Who cares about latte art, just a well made one that isn't burnt is special.
Great place
The pastries are delicious. espresso was good as well.
Decent coffee and baked goods.
My favorite cafe in my favorite town on earth.
Great place. Good coffee, pastries and sandwiches. Also open during off-season!
