  They have good coaches and food but they have become weaker over the years. They don't even have a website currently! A lot of plastic cups are wasted for using water fountains. Instead, they should improved their washrooms that are terrible, dirty and filled with the smell of hot poop.

  Its a good place for sport. It has most of sport's class like swimming, bodybuilding, football and womens can use this complex too. The Vip bodybuilding club is located in northern yard of that ha ha its too prominent 😉
  Parking is available but you had to pay for entering separately. Most important prices are fair completely. However i liked it. Good luck👍🏼

  This is one of the best and well-known sports complexes in Tehran. I attend aerobics classes here held by Mr. Farhad Khoda-Madady, an experienced instructor in his field of work.
