  Good location and easy access from the Valiasr or Velenjak. Not much happening in the mall though, but I recommend the Neyshekar Pastry, which has a branch in this plaza, which is one of the best pastry chains in Iran. Fresh cheesecakes, season muffins and cherry pies.. They have quite good and fresh nuts as well. :-)
