not friendly staff, unfair price
Very clean, polite stuff, good for low budget travelers who look for a comfortable and secure place to spend a great night
It's simple

More than on star hotel. Comparable with 3 or 4 stars hotel in cleanliness. With friendly staff you will feel comfortable in your vacation trip.
This is perhaps the hotel that I have felt most taken care of in ever. What an experience. The rooms are fit for purpose and the people will bend over backwards to help you exchange money, organise tours in the desert, recommend great places to eat, tell you how to find the sights in the city, iron your shirts, or whatever else you may need. We felt extremely comfortable and pampered here and will return at the next opportunity.
This is an amazing place. The hotel itself is new and comfortable and is a great place to stay when in Isfahan. The people working there are some of the best people we met. They welcomed us like we were part of their family. They would help with anything, always free of cost and always smiling. Like ordering food, buying bus-ticket, book cheap taxis, and dealing with our problem with the Airline company, They would also buy us food when we were sick.
The manager of Viana is amazing , he bought us medicines when we were sick, he drove us around town and he invited us to his home and family.
The people of Iran is really what makes the country so special to us, and the staff and manager at Viana Hotel was a big contribution in making this trip so great with many wonderful memories.
A stay here could easily be your highlight in Iran. As it was to us.
Good quality and good services are provided in return for the cost paid. The hotel is also very clean.
Clean and comfortable hotel. Excellent staff, they offered to buy for us the bus ticket and were always very friendly. City centre very close by taxi, 15 min walking. Recommended.
Receptionists scam: the lady at the reception offered to buy us two tickets for a flight to Shiraz (website only available in persian and only iranian cards allowed), only to find out later she charged us double the ticket price. The other receptionist saw everything and said nothing.
Very limites options at breakfast.
Really slow wi-fi.
Vibrations in the building from the nearby street traffic.
Not so close to city center.
Reasonable price for the room.
Excellent stuff (so friendly and helpful). Clean rooms and pleasant environment.
We didn't end up staying, but contact was nice. We got a double-room offered for $45. For that price we also found a nice hotel more centrally located.
Lovely Hotel in Isfahan. Decent location and easily accessible to bus and taxi routes. Service is impeccable and staff will go out of their way to assist you. Excellent value for money.
Lovely hotel. Ask for a room away from reception if noise bothers you. Very friendly staff especially front desk staff in the morning, the female receptionist was hilarious and had really good recommendations. They can book you taxis for cheaper you can get on the street too. Highly recommended and if you walk east down the street there is a great falafel place, fruit stores, Iranian sweet stores, and a hamburger place.
Good hotel. The staff is good and try to help. The location of the hotel is quite far from the main monuments (square and bridge or Armenia area. 15min or 30min by taxi)
This hotel is by far the best value and hospitality in Esfahan. Spotlessly clean, en suite, free breakfast, fridge in room and AC/ heating with in room controls. Staff are brilliant and can direct you to wherever you want from the bus stop outside of the hotel. My comments are as a result of 40 years travelling in the Middle East.
