The retarded owner of the hotel try to swindle me. I book a bed in a 4 people dormitory.
I wrote in the conditions that I'd arrive really late at night or early morning.
I only need the bed during 4 hours. When I arrived to the hotel he told me that if I wanted to sleep those 4 hours I should pay two day (20$) or the other option it was to let my luggage there and back at 14:00 pm to pay 10$.
My flight it was at 18:00 so it had no sense to book the hotel.of course my answer it was negative
Avoid this hostel cause the owners are not trustable.response / report this review -

What would you expect to pay, if you reserve 2 beds in a 9€-dorm, get to a hostel at 6:30 in the morning (mainly because you had to wait for your driver for 2h at the airport, the car's condition is described pretty well in another review) and leave the room at 12:30 the same day.
Of course, by this hostel you are charged 2 nights per person in the more expensive, 12,5€ dorm. Makes sense!? (Check-In is at 2 p.m. and Check-Out is at noon, so basically they're right, but c'mon!!)
The owner we never met, the guy at the reception was arrogant and unfriendly and the sanitary conditions were doubtful. I mean, even in a hostel, it should be possible to keep some standards.
We have no idea, what happened to the place, as it must've been very friendly, but as one reads the latest reviews, we are not the only one's with this experience.
So all we want to say is this: Do not stay here! Look at other hostels, homestay, CS or even hotels. But do not stay here, unless of course you're an masochist or like to be treated that way.response / report this review -

I am so disappointed in this place. I e-mailed a lot before coming, as I was traveling with a 4-year old boy. We booked a twin room, and pick up from the airport, as we were arriving in the middle of the night. First there was a long wait for the driver and when he first came, he said we had to wait for more people it was at 2.30 in the night and we were exhausted. Luckily we had some Iranian friends at the airport and after a little discussion the driver said we finally could leave. It was a really old car and it smelled strongly of gasoline. When we finally got to the hostel, the owner stood and talked with the driver for a long time leaving me and my son who was really exhausted waiting and waiting. And then when we finally got in the house he could inform me that they had given our room away :( apparently there was some trouble at Seven Hostel and they had to accommodate all the guest from there. Witch I think is bullshit, because I tried to book there first, weeks in advance, but they told me the place was closed down. At this point it was over 4 am, and I was too tired to argue, I just wanted to lay down and sleep. He said the driver could take us to another place, or we could get 1 single bed in a dorm. We went for the 1 bed, because we only wanted to sleep. got to bed around 4:30 am, and at 7 people in the room started getting up and making noises. I think it was pretty shity deal for us. I usually don't mind dorms, but on the first day we really wanted to sleep in, and that was impossible here. Thank you for the worst start of our vacation, luckily we only stayed that night and found out that Iranians are not as bad as this in general. Stayed in other hostels and had a blast for the rest of our trip. So don't be discouraged from going to Iran, but chose another hostel if you can.

I wanna share my personal experience with those who want to stay at this so called hostel, which is actually a house with broken facility and totally not the pictures as it shows. The most important part is you will live with the terrible greedy owner.
1. On the arrival date, we were exhausted and it was very hard to find this house without any sign or mark. By the time we checked in, it was 4am in the morning. The owner first brought us to a 12.5euro bed, claiming there no other bed available. I showed him the reservation email he replied to me, and then he took us to our 9euro beds. Being a backpacker for many years, I have never been asked to pay later while checking out. The owner did. Remember this part, this is the trick he plays by the time we check out.
2. We stay 3 nights. It's very easy to calculate as 9×3=27. When we check out, this greedy person said we have to pay 9.9euro as the price shown on the door (he made a handwriting .9 mark after 9) and insisted we stay 4 days, and should pay 10×4=40euro. Really? I again showed him the email saying the reservation I made is 9 euro and we stay 4days 3nights, you can not count it as 4. He furiously said to me: I don't know why you guys (indicating I am not the only case) always think I want to steal money from you. It's annoying, you guys are disgusting!!! This is why I want to write up this story.
I feel so upset about here because this is my first stop, but it later does not disturb my impression on this country when I realize he is not an Iranian.
This happens to me on February 3, 2017. Hope no more victims. I wanna tell my people: don't come. There are so many cheap place to stay. You need a bit effort to find them.

Just wanna describe my experience with the Tehran hostel. I only needed it to spend a night after the exhausting flight, so I booked a room for 27 USD in there. First thing was the shower, you have to shower standing over the toilet hole, it's freezing and no hooks for your clothes. Then, they turned off the electricity in my room so my phone wasn't charged and that's what I really needed. I didn't mind it all that much and didn't say anything to the staff. The reason I'm feeling bitter was the manager's attitude. During the breakfast, he started telling me off because I took 2 boiled eggs instead of 1, he was rude and impatient when I asked to book a bus for me, and he said it's 12 o'clock please check out, when I came to my room to see the time it was 11:20. I could sense his attitude in everything I had to do with him. I felt really unwelcome and as if I did something I wrong by even coming to this place. I could see the contrast as I met a few warm, friendly and generous people who made me appreciate this place, so that experience won't make me disappointed in Iran. My recommendation, stay away from this place, it's the one I managed to book from abroad but I'm sure there are alternatives.
