It's a private hospital so expect it to be expensive. However, really experienced doctors work there. Its coffee shop is awful and coffee shop staff are rude.

Tehran Clinic needs to hire more nurses per floor. My mother was extremely sick with cancer, which is where she passed away November 29, 2012. Tehran Clinic would NOT allow me (her only child) to stay over with my mother. Tehran Clinic should have a small waiting room for the ICU or SSU room for families so that they can sleep there overnight just in case their loved one is about to pass away. Tehran Clinic has a terrible and “heartless” policy of allowing visitation for SSU or the ICU for only one hour a day between 3PM and 4PM. Then they force you out and on time!
My mother passed away all ALONE and she told me that she wanted to go home but Tehran Clinic would not grant her last wishes. WE were ready to take oxygen and everything else involved so that my dearest mother could die with me and her family at HOME. I was very upset with the Tehran Clinic's policy. Would you like to die alone???
In my mother’s hospital room (Approximately 5 or 6 rooms on the entire floor, one of the Nurses almost made a mistake with my dear mother’s medications & almost gave her a double instead of a single dose, so I was lucky that I caught it. The Nurses need to be more careful giving medications, and have electronic devices listing the patients medications, dosages and the exact time they have to administer them. Once the medications are administered to each individual patient, they need to mark every medicine off for that day. Nurses also need to check on their patients more frequently throughout the day and night to make sure they’re okaywhat happens if a family member is not sleeping in the room, and the patient is alone during the night and something happens to the patient who is unable to press the button to call for the nurse??? Tehran Clinic needs to hire more nurses for day/night shifts as it takes forever for them to come to your hospital room when you call them. That’s unacceptable and bad patient care. They can be lazy therefore not caring. If you report them, oh boy, they will get back to you in a very sneaky way, like they would anywhere in the world.
Other than that, which is a lot of complaints, they keep the rooms and the bedding VERY clean, the hospital food needs to improve, the doctor’s are very good. I believe that the Tehran Clinic should have more Oncology Doctors. Tehran Clinic also needs to install and additional elevator from the patient rooms to the main Lobby of Tehran Clinic.Too many people and not enough elevators.
Nowhere is perfect. Just trying to help as I inspect and give my option on everywhere I go (restaurants, stores, towns, cities, etc.) and everything I purchase. Opinions are important so that the facility, store or company can improve.That’s all.
I hope that this helps Tehran Clinic so they can improve and stand out for their excellence.
I do appreciate everything that The Tehran Clinic did for my beloved mother whom I’m still grieving and crying for..She was my hero and we loved each other so much ❤️😢response / report this review -

سلام
امروز ۳۰ مهر ماه ۹۶ است واز داخل بیمارستان این مطالب را می نویسم من در ۳۵ سال اخیر به بیمار ستانهای زیادی مراجعه کردم و می توانم بگویم اینجا از بدترین بیمارستانهای خصوصی است که هم پول می گرد وهم شبیه بیمارستان دولتی شده وخدمات خوب که چه عرض کنم وحشتناک ارائه می نماید مریض سرطانی با ایمنی پایین را مگوید اتاق خصوصی ندارم ودر اتاق چهار تخته یا بیشتر جا می دهد به امید اینکه تخت خالی شود مثل اینکه ویروسها بابیمارستان همکاری ومراعات دارند ساعت ۲ نصف شب فکر کردم زلزله شد وسرو صدای وحشت ناک وسایلی که در گاراژها می توان شنید البته در روز نه نصف شب تازه داشتم می خوابیدم که آمدند نظافت والآن خسته و نالان در خدمت شما هستم از پذیرش که نگو اگر آن وقتی را که برای آرایش کرده بودند کمی با اخلاق خوش در اختیار مریض می گذاشتند عالی بود البته درخصوص توانایی پرسنل فعلا حرفی ندارم چون کسی که شیمی درمانی می کند فقط تزریق ونحوه سرم گذاری آنها را می بیند خلاصه اگر دکترم مجبورم نکند این آخرین باری است که به بیمارستان تهران کلینیک می آیم این بود نظر من.response / report this review -

Tehran Clinic should ALLOW one (1) direct family member (children) to be ALLOWED to STAY with their loved one in the SSU Unit for as long as they want and even sleep over. Tehran Clinic has a terrible policy of only allowing visitation for one hour a day between 3PM and 4PM. My mother passed away all alone and I was very upset with the Tehran Clinic's policy. Would you like to die alone??? This is not a good hospital and when you check in you never check out! Nurses are lazy and don’t care.

Tehran Clinic have excellent doctors but the nurses service was very poor. After calling the nurse, it took a long time for her to come to the room. They need to hire more nurses per floor. My mother was extremely sick with cancer which is where she passed away last November 2012. I think that Tehran Clinic should ALLOW one (1) direct family member (children) to be ALLOWED to STAY with their loved one in the SSU Unit for as long as they want and even sleep over.
