Medium level restaurant. Food is not bad but high end. Recommend for one time visit to enjoy north of Iran foods.

The location is easy to reach but it is quite hard to find parking place if you use private car. The restaurant is located at the second floor and you have to use a very narrow and not very pleasant staircase to get to the restaurant. However, the restaurant itself is very clean and well designed.
The quality of the food is great, the tastes are authentic and the meals are quite large.
If you are a fan of local north Iranian cuisine and don't have the time to go to Mazandaran or Guilan, this is a very nice place to go.response / report this review -

Worst welcome service ever! Staff were impolite and did not have any idea how to behave and find a proper table for customers. After being seated, then a few minutes later, a waiter came and said let’s change your table since he needed to join two other tables for seven new arrived customers! Another suggested table was like seating in front of sun and literally we needed a sung glass. Then right after that, another table was suggested and it was pre occupied!!! We should have left the place at the first stage. Last but not least, there is no proper ventilation system there and smell of cooked fish odour was everywhere. The entrance was like a tiny stair case going to roof. I would not waist my money there and do not suggest this place at all. No sign of quality and customer service there!

Great service. The food is definitely very average. Prices for most tahdigs in Nov 2017 are around 35000 which is high for the food quality. For most people it should be ok but for foody guys like us , it's just no acceptable. Good atmosphere and design. This restaurant needs a better Cook. We also tried their bamland location and same impression just better view.

Location is easy to reach and the restaurant is easy to find. The entrance is from a small door in the complex through some stairs. The food is a new style if Persian cuisine with an illusion of Tahdig the most wanted part of Iranian dishes; the scrub as you may. Rice is baked in round shape and is fried on the outer sides . Tasteful rices with different flavors and all types if kebabs accompanying the dish. Price is reasonable which makes the restaurant most crowded with couples and families during holidays. Best hour to go is against the dinner rush hour in Iran which would be 8-9 AM and 11-12 PM and 6-7 PM. Your order comes with french fries and Shirazi Salad .It has the best view to Valiasr street with all the trees. The area is very clean with facility.

قبلا پاتوقم بود. کیفیتش خیلی بد شد. گرون و بیکیفیت. جای پارک هم نداره. همیشه هم ترافیک.

Greasy rice dishes and chewy kebabs. I've been there couple of times and never was exactly happy with the food.
