معماری بی نظیر و چشم نواز ، کمی نور پردازی راهرو ضعیف بود. در مرکز و روی پنجره کف مسجد ، کوچکترین صدا پخش شده و همه میشنوند.

It's the symbol of magical city of Esfahan! This square is a massive and amazing square which belongs to rich history of this city. You'll be shocked and amazed by the unique architecture of this place and you can spend hours enjoying your time here.

Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque (Persian: مسجد شیخ لطف الله‎)is one of the architectural masterpieces of Iranian architecture that was built during the Safavid Empire, standing on the eastern side of Naghsh-i Jahan Square, Esfahan, Iran. Construction of the mosque started in 1603 and was finished in 1619. It was built by the chief architect Shaykh Bahai, during the reign of Shah Abbas I of Persia. On the advice of Arthur Upham Pope, Reza Shah Pahlavi ordered the mosque rebuilt and repaired in the 1920s.

The most beautiful place in the world? Maybe. In any case, a beautiful mosque with a dome whose beauty makes you speechless. Whoever gets angry about the entry (about 5 Euro in my memory) and therefore doesn't go there, misses one of the absolute top highlights of the country.

Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque is one more beautiful mosque of Iran which shows marvelous Iranian art work. Interestingly, due to the sun rays, the dome changes between blue to pink.
This mosque was built just for Royal family and royal females but time never remains a same. Later on, it was opened for general public. I like this mosque which is small in size but full of detailed art work. Excellent indeed!!!

I have been to many places all around iran, but hands down this is the most beautiful place i have seen. Go there early when it's not crowded, sit in a corner and just enjoy every bit of it.

One of the most interesting ornaments IMHO was that stalagmite-like structure hanging above your head at the entrance. Another interesting fact: the Lotfollah Mosque had a secret entrance that spanned underneath the Maidan, from the Palace on the opposite side of the square.

Just two words to describe it: Awesome and unmissable! The interiors of this Mosque are magnificent and you could be never tired to gaze them. The highest point of persian Islamic architecture.

It may be the most beautiful piece of Persian architecture in the world. The mosque has a subtle entrance and you have to go through a windowless corridor to enter the prayer hall. The prayer hall is decorated only with blue and yellow Persian pattern, which symoblized sky and sea. Small windows around the top of the dome cast beams of sunlight into the hall. You can just enjoy the light and shadow effect for an hour.

Easily one of the most beautiful buildings on earth. The scale of the building and the intricate rile work is staggering. This is in the top ten places I have ever visited.
