My dad hearing aid was damaged and we took it to Share Samak. It was accepted to be repaired they charge close to 500 hezar toman and when we picked it up it didn’t work when my dad tried to wear it. It started making whittling noise in his ears. We called them back immediately and explained what has happened they asked us to visit them again and this time to take my dad so they can see his ears. My dad is not in best condition and taking him there was not easy due to his health when we got there MS Tehrani saw us and looked into my dad ear, tried some different device on my dad hearing aid but nothing worked for her to repair it completely and she asked for the original paper work of the hearing aid. My dad owned this hearing aid for five years and obviously there was no paperwork and if there was she never asked for it in the first place. It was waste of journey and time. All she could offer is for us to take it back where we bought it from or find the paper work I am not happy with their service if they couldn’t fix it they shouldn’t have accepted it what is the point of accepting something where you can’t fix it completely. Obviously no refund was offered and we have now taken the hearing aid to the original place. Not the service I expected and NO I would not recommend you to anyone.
