Very poor quality. Much better places available in lower prices. Was asking me to pay charge of 4 beds for 1 person. Manager is Aga Husaini is a rude guy and expects money

“nice room, parking complicated ”
Very friendly staff, you have to pick the keys to your room at the office in via Napoli up first, they walk you to your room, which could be located in different buildings close by. Gates are code locked, tea and coffee amenities in the room. Interior ist fancy, some ikea furniture but well mixed :) if you arrive by car you have to pick up a key chain with MANY keys at the office, costs 15€ a day, is right next to the train station and a couple of minutes from the rooms, they explain it very well so after 3-4 different actions you manage to get the car where you want it to be! Check out very early 10:00, in total nice place to stay, many supermarkets and restaurants close by as well as the shopping avenue

Very good guest house. Even you can see the shrine of bibi masoom-e-qum s.a directly from the guest house without any barrier. and the rent is also very cheap.
