  Sam Center is not huge but it's one the most luxurious shopping center in country. You can find many super brand shops in the center. Very easy access. 5 levels underground parking. More than 5 proper restaurant and coffee shops.

  Not really good. There are some shops wich is expensive and its mostly empty. Playground for small kids are recommended and coffeehouse.

  Had lunch at Leon restaurant. Great atmosphere with lovely view of the mountains, well trained waiters, good menu. I highly recommend it.

  Don't ORDER cake at "Sweet Bliss".
  If you want to try just buy something only in the shop.
  
  I've ordered a birthday cake for my son's birthday party 4days in advance, and it delivered unbelievably late on the day I picked it up.
  Even though I asked them Not to be late for the time but they were late for 2hours!
  So I had to wait at TOMO (very nice cafe in Sam Center) for 2hours!!
  
  And the cake that finally I got is obviously looked FAKE designed Spider-Man!
  That's not funny at all.

  Nice center for meeting friends for dining in the amazing restaurants on the 8th floor (i.e. Divan) and coffee at Sam Cafe on the first floor. A few highend shops (silver, clothing, modern furniture) but it's not quiet a shopping center.

  High quality f/b and good range of western-style coffees at this trendy cafe of Tehran's affluent northern suburb. Come to see and be seen is the motto ;-)

  Apart from Sam cafe and the restaurant floor this mall is otherwise not very inviting. Posh and sterile atmosphere, very limited selection of shops.
