  The place is capacious and green with wonderful yard. The design of seats was not satisfactory as you will not get private seat most of the time.some items on the breakfast menu is not available after 10 .

  Their affogato is excellent. Try also their assorted bread for breakfast with caramel butter until 12 noon everyday

  The third branch of this successful franchise will not leave you disappointed. Sams Cafe is all about social interaction in the new smartphone era of constant looking at your phone. The creators' and decorators are forcing interaction through making customers share tables and a long counter space. The viewing steps, a place where one can sit pitched up to look at the happenings of the cafe, is brilliant and very innovative. Although many may not like the unfinished look, I like the distraction and clutter free decorations.
  The food and drinks are superior when compared to the other cafe dotting Tehran. Service was better than the other branches.

  This cafe is located in very nice neighborhood and it's very spacious with large tables.Even there is a cozy and small yard with a lot of shrubs. But unfortunately the interior design is not well and it seems that the owners brought some decorative from grand mother's house ! Also the ceiling looks unfinished, with a lot of A/C hoods and wires. It feels like sitting in the middle of a factory.
  I went there to eat my breakfast and it took a very long time until the waiter came and took my order. It happened when I was waiting for my breakfast and again a long time to serve my coffee ! Although they had enough employees (two waiters , two baristas and other personnel. totally I think ten people) and the cafe was almost empty , but they were very slow and it made me so sad.
  Finally the waiter served me a very small portion of breakfast with a bit bread and bacon and mushrooms. It was too way smaller than a breakfast to be described.
  And finally I had a brewed coffee which was cold and tasteless. It served without sugar or honey or something sweat and again I asked for that.
  Totally I felt that my morning was ruined by bad breakfast and bad hosts. I can say it was the worst cafe I have ever been to ! :(

  Cool set up and decorating, reminded me of MadCap Cafe in Grand Rapids Michigan. My experience was short but was good. I spoke with the manager about the design, the guy looked like a professional manager, courteous and friendly. I ordered their bread tray (basket?) with coffee and the quality was above average. Please note this is an expensive coffee place. I didn't check if they have WiFi but probably they do. Anyway, the Cafe definitely worths a try. Enjoy!

  I ordered waffle and Browing coffee but they said don't have Browing coffee right now i changed my order but their latte doesn't have good quality. I have to say their waffle was very nice.

  Such a calm place in a calm neighborhood. Parking is a bit hard in working hours, but the best choice for when u look for a place out of traffic limit zone. Great ambiance, great menu and great staff. Don't miss its backyard, where there is a greenhouse for buying flower and plants and also the smoking zone.

  The saloon is big and u feel like u can seat for hours while no one is bothering, it has a nice conservatory where u can also buy flower and there's a backyard for smokers.

  محيط جالبى داره، آدم احساس راحتى ميكنه اما كيفيتش معموليه، من بيشتر به خاطر دكوراسيون جديد و خاصش ميرم. محل خوبيه براى قرار هاى جمعى فقط شب ها واقعا شلوغه و كمى معطل ميشين.
