A-C: Fast food, in its best form, is quick, easy, and convenient. In the lives of busy American’s today, fast food often satisfies their expectations. In fact, an informal survey conducted within an English 2010 class at Utah Valley University (UVU) found this statement to be true. In this study it was found that all participants lived near fast food establishments and that 60% of the participants ate out on a regular basis. The participants who said they consumed fast food on a regular basis also said that they would rather go to a fast food restaurant than make something at home or bring something from home with them on the go. In fact, this survey also showed that 80% of participants believe that fast food is highly influential on regular eating habits. Through this we see that there are many who rely on fast food on a regular basis.
To support these findings, information through an informal interview from the South Summit School District Lunch Coordinator was collected. The goal was to obtain information on the percentage of students who eat school lunch on an open campus. The results were this: only 25% of students stay for lunch. That leaves 75% of students to either provide their own lunch from home or go to a local fast food establishment. Though these findings are helpful, more information was needed into order to estimate what portion of that percentage truly were eating out on a regular basis.response / report this review -

Sam cafe is one of the most famous cafe chain in Tehran. it is some how like Starbucks; brilliant interior design, handsome barista, and good coffee option.
but Sam cafe has some problems that does not allow me to batch five star to it:
the cafe is so crowded you cannot ask for a private table.
the price is some how higher than cafes like this. an espresso will cost around 2 USD; but in more private cafes the price is a same.
there are no good option if you are hungry. no kitchen or sandwich bar. even there is no good cake option beside your drink. the only good thing is you can buy cakes from a confectionery nearby.response / report this review -

My only reason for going to Sam is it's cozy and friendly atmosphere. The food quality is mediocre, and the coffee seems to be a light roast Brazilian type of coffee and quite sour, so it might not be everyone's favorite. Still good service and a nice place to sit alone, read, work pr study.

Maybe the first try for the 3rd wave of the coffee in Iran. Brooklyn Style exposed design, versatile but not-that-reliable specialty coffee line. Showy pour-over bar. In spite of all imperfections, the mastermind behind the Sam Café is admirable. Sam Cafe Roasters tries to take the place of the traditional assembly points in neighborhoods.

More nerdy than its Fereshteh branch, the Sam Cafe Vanak appears to be used by a large community of freelancers who use the big central table as communal space to deploy their laptops and work in small groups. Same great coffee and food.

Was so excited to find this oasis in Tehran with the best flat whites! Great setting, friendly staff and good vibes. Definitely worth a visit.

A nice/modern/different place for your business meetings.
It's got young waitress and waiters with positive attitude.
Coffee smells weird and they insist that this is the best coffee!
However other than contemporary design, what makes Sam cafe different is their deli sandwiches with mainly European style which are hard to get elsewhere in Tehran.response / report this review
