The water was contaminated with dirt of brown color (!) ande the head of the office said that they checked and it has no problem! Once before, I showed them this picture of a big dead rat I took in our lane an them instead of dealing with the problems, showed me PICTURES of more dirt to have my sympathy with their undeserving insufficient pathetic characters; way to go morons!
