They dont answer phone call and dont accept u when u go there

Very very impolite staff, reservation on Norooz holiday is almost impossible they didn’t answer the phone at all and behavior of the reception is terribly rude

The only annoying thing is that you have to reserve your place early morning which is quite frustrating at times .Nonetheless it's a beautiful place with quality food and cozy atmosphere and good reception.

Cosy place, great breakfast, helpful staff. Across from Nasir Ol Molk Mosque, so easy to get in for the 7:30 opening.

What a fantastic place to stay in when you are in Shiraz. Very central. Rooms were very good and the staff were very helpful. Shakiba was a lovely person who was very helpful and it was so good just spending time with her. Breakfast was good and the lunches were superb.

Excellent Traditional hotel. It gives you a great feeling of old Shiraz. The staff are friendly and helpful .The rooms are clean and spacious.If I go again to Shiraz I definitely go again to this Hotel

Great atmosphere, not only the decorations but also the way how they treat their guests and eachother. We were spoiled. We felt as we were adopted in the family as 2 crazy old sisters. Great kitchen with fresh food and even fresh lemonade and home made cookies. And don't forget the dades! We couldn't stay only one night because they were full ( be sure to make reservations) we couldn't help to return every day for lunch, diner, tea, a chat, or to play Back Gammon.Highly recommanded!!!

Lovely place with a family-run feel. The inner court is very peaceful, and makes you feel quite a home. People are friendly and helpful. Lunch and dinner is available if you ask beforehand.
