It is not worth to that price. It is old and dirty. Also bad amenities as heater only can be switched by staff, no hair dryer., The only good is near by bus station.

Not clean, the trash bin was full when we checked in. It is noisy because the soundproof is bad and the hotel located beside the main street. Also the poor facilities, no hair drier, Wi-Fi was turned off sometimes.

It's a good hotel. The owner is very nice and helpful and the rooms are super cheap! the dorm is only 10 usd including breakfast and the private rooms start from only 13

After three weeks in Iran we have our first bad experience of hospitality in this grimey, soulless hotel. Advertised with breakfast and wifi both well underpar. Firstly wifi did not work, we were told it should work on the first floor, unfortunately we were staying on the second and the first floor is just a corridor with doors - not to.worry it did not work there either. Breakfast was available if asked for, it was some dry bread ( yesterdays, I imagine) and jams. There was usually a tea thermos about being monopolised by staff or there friends who hung about the foyer. The foyer being the only communal area and very small. Our floor had many rooms and one shower, which for two nights had no light, so washing in the dark. One of the two squat toilets on the floor had no light either so was out of use at night. The rooms were untidy and air conditioning was centralised and one had no control to turn it off at night, as it got too cold or on in the afternoon when it was roasting. It was toggled on and off seemingly at will. A member of staff.kept pushing tours on us, even approaching my girlfriend in the bathroom about a persepolis tour. The foyer was a hangout in the morning for friends of staff who would have boisterous conversations forcing us away from the two (only) tables to breakfast. Twice in the afternoon I passed an unmanned reception where guests passports were kept belownot in, the safe. This hotel is cheap, but so we're many of the hotels and hostels and private houses in Iran..
It is all about money making nothing about hospitality and there is no concern for guests whatsoever. AVOID.

Probably the worst place we stayed at during our 30-day trip to Iranone bathroom to share with the whole floor, bathrooms without working light or toilet paper, on the last night there wasn't even light in the shower, air conditioning controlled centrally so rooms were hot during the day and really cold at night, WI-Fi never worked and after a few requests at the reception we eventually gave up on it, breakfast was indeed included but access to it was really awkward and uninviting, very uncommon to what we experienced so far from warm and kind Iranian hospitality.. .location, atmosphere and conditions are not even worth hotel's budget rates I would recommend staying somewhere else.

Me and my girlfriend spent 2 nights at Pardis Hotel. It was one of our best resting experience during our trip to Iran.
Everything went fine, first of all staff were very hospitable and they spoke very well English. They also offered us a tour to Persepolis and other historical sites with an English speaking driver with a reasonable price. The manager, Amir was so helpful. He helped us to book our bus ticket to Yazd as well. The location of the hotel was good. City center is in a walkable distance, about 20 minutes walking to the center sites, like Bazar and Zandieh complex.
They have a good restaurant in the basement. Laundry, baker shop, super market and barber shop are also around the hotel. Hotel has a parking for those passengers who have a car or motorcycle or bike.Internet was free and had a good speed. Breakfast was great. Room was very clean and fine. Price was really reasonable for a double room with breakfast and other services. They also have dormitory rooms with a very cheap price special for backpackers. For the last thing I have to say that Amir is a professional cafe man as well, He offered us a free cup of espersesso!!!
I would totally recommend this hotel for a nice stay and visiting of Shiraz city!

We paid 25 Euros for a Double Room with private bathroom. The room was ok, not super clean. An old AC was hanging on or almost falling from the wall. We saw the first bug (we assume it was acockroach) in the bathroom, the second on the floor and the others on our pillows, in the closet or crawling up the walls. At some point, we couldn't stand it anymore and went to the the reception to change our room in the middle of the night. We got a Double Room without bathroom but at least it was somehow clean.
In the morning, we went down for checking out and complaining to the manager. His reaction to our picture of some dead bugs: "Oh how sweet!". He was even laughing at us! No excuse, only the 5€ refund for the downgrade to a room without bathroom. He insisted that bugs are normal in hotels.
Don't stay in Pardis Hotel!

The hotel is just stone throw from Shiraz bus stand and not far from the city center that easily reachable by public transport or just on foot. Situated in quiet residential district, has on site restaurant, clean and price-wise rooms. Recommended!

Good hotel with a convenient price. The rooms have pv bathroom and fridge and some of them TV. Located very close to bus terminal and with an excellent restaurant next to the entrance. Staff helpful and easygoing.
