It will be a wonderful park once finished. For the time being it is just lovely. Spacious with plenty of kiosks its a nice place to spend the evening. They also have couple of tea and sweet bars. But the service is not great.

Difficult to get to this park. And the environment is rather acceptable. Good for visitor here when visiting the holy defense museum.

Nowrooz park is a large recreation area, with a view to ministry of road and urban planning. I really enjoyed when I was there. Modern architectural building mixed with ancient elements was a very special experience.

As far as it's connected to Abo Atash (Water and Fire) Park. it's somehow incorrect to call it a separate park. anyway it's very beautiful.
