  It's an old traditional house with five connected yards.The hotel's income goes to charity.Our room was spacious and consisted of two connected rooms with three beds and dirty walls.The furniture was old and dirty and broken.The LCD was too small.The carpets needed serious cleaning.The bathroom and toilet was clean.Breakfast was simple. Restaurant food quality was low.Hotel staff were cooaperative and friendly.Hotel location was good with a one minute walk to the Bazaar.on the whole the hotel itself and its location was ideal but needed serious maintenance and cleaning.

  We stayed for 4 nights in two doublerooms. The yards and rooms were amazing and the staff was more than kind. We enjoyed our visit plus we left with the good feeling of doing good, because the whole profit of the hotel is used for an orphanage in the neighborhood.
  
  However, it was confusing that we couldn't properly assign the pictures shown on the website to the categories. Therefore, wenn had not really a clue what to expect. Seeing the rooms, this isn't a big problem, because all of the rooms were nice!

  Nice place with polite and friendly staff in a biutiful Iranian architecture. However, the resturant menue could be more diverse regarding the variety of traditional Iranian foods. The decoration of the rooms are fair but not very eye caching!

  Very conveniently located near the bazaar, it is a cute traditional house with a nice courtyard. My room by the courtyard was nice and warm which was not the case for the room of my friends upstairs who were really cold at night. Poor breakfast with not so many options, it is not bad for one or two nights.

  Negin traditional Hotel, Restaurant and B&B complex is situated in the Old Town section of Kashan and a few steps from centuries old, world famous Kashan Bazar. The complex is a cluster of 5 tastefully restored and connected Qajar era homes. The main house (TALAR) is a typical aristocratic Persian home with "Shahneshin, several basements for summer dwelling in typical hot Kashan weather. TALAR courtyard is fully covered in order to provide refuge from heat, cold and desert dust. Guest enjoy their complementary breakfast here listening to songbirds and fountain.
  Negin has 35 rooms, accommodating up to 90 guests. Free wifi is available throughout the complex and rooms are equipped with HVAC, TV, comfortable beds and full western style bathrooms. Bedding is cleaned and changed daily.
  Negin has a large industrial kitchen with a famous Kashan Cheif and 2 Restaurant capable of accommodating up to 350 guests.
  Parking is open spaced and your vehicle is under our multiple camera surveillance on a 24 hr basis.
  Finally, you will be happy to hear that Negin income supports homeless and socially orphaned children being kept in multiple homes around Kashan and belonging to the charity organization named Negin Khayyerin Kashan.

  For our second stop in Kashan we chose Negin hotel for its location in the historical district, at a walking distance to the Bazaar and the Historical Houses. This recently renovated hotel is beautiful, nicely decorated and hosted by very friendly staff.
  The rooms are cute but the mattresses are dreadful, rather soft with springs that hurt your back. The bathrooms are very simple but practical, at least we didn't have to shower over the toilets !
  The restaurant is not living up to the hotel. The breakfast tables were not clean, I had a dish at lunch that was just badly warmed up (it was cold inside) and another one at dinner, barely warm and not very tasty. There is a gap for improvement here

  Very reasonably priced, clean, beautifully tradotional. Staff speaks perfect English and is very helpful. Would definitely stay again!
