This is the stop for tourist and those who love authentic Persian dishes with live music! The saffron rice kateh is to die for! They have the best bbq and kebabs with lots of choice on the buffet! This place is a hidden Gem! But honestly it’s really hidden, someone should help you😁 it’s near a bank and goes down with stairs which makes it hard for elderly to walk! It’s close to the Vakil bazar as well!

Tourist restaurant in which all employees are dressed in traditional looking costumes. Fast service, but without a smile. The food is good, the prices are okay. Those who like to eat in a 100% artificial tourist environment will feel at home there.

We ordered tea, soup, salad, rice and *grilled* chicken. We got *backed* but inside still raw chicken and sour rice no soup and no salad. After sending it back we got refried, dry chicken and the same rice (now sour and cold)
First they wanted to charge us everything and after negotiation we had to pay for tea, chicken and rice.response / report this review -

Avoid it. The food was good. However the experience overall was awful. The staff was rude and we felt completely ignored until we attracted their attention. The manager (blonde girl) was the worst refusing to give the correct change, as we had to ask for it 3 times.
It's a shame because iranian people are not like this at all.response / report this review -

It was awful. Especially the saloon manager was selfish and arrogant. The rest of employees were ok and try hard to compensated manager's behaviour.

Really bad experience.
We felt tourists are not welcome and we paid an additionnal meal + taxes + service etc
We like to paid the good prices but not to be duped!
It's too bad, this attitude is in real oposition of all people and places we have been during our stay in Shiraz.response / report this review -

Bad experience, it is a tourist trap in the make.
Avoid the so-called dish of the day: it looks like and tastes as remnants of the previous day.
Very un-Iranian arrogant and unfriendly service.
Cheating with prices: the kebab of 330.000 R turns out to be 400.000 without counting the service tax.
They even did not return change money.
Perfect place for bus loads of unaware tourists. it's a shame for the rest of Iran where good food and friendly people are everywhere.response / report this review
