The lobby and entrance decorations are nice but the rooms are basic. We found a lot of things in the rooms need to be fixed.
The hygiene level is acceptable. The breakfast is good for a 3 star hotel in Iran level.

Fantastic place, great entrance and nice rooms. The staffs are professional and accomodating. It's is very close to the Citadel of Karim Khan and the old pattern Shiraz. I absolutely recommend this place.
