  Despite the negative comments, I would say that it was a very very very DIFFERENT and INTERESTING museum. The only negative comment that I make would be about the exhibition and displaying. The interior design of the museum and displaying was a bit poor. However, this museum is definetely worth seeing no matter what. Isfahan Natural History Museum gives you a very clear picture about the natural habitat of Iran. From wild cats to vultures, from mutated farm animals to endemic plants, it is possible to see countless things belong to the Iranian landscape. Everything you see in the museum is authentic,. Eventhough some of the stuffed animals looked quite creepy, I am sure that one will enjoy this museum a lot. Additionaly, there is another very interesting section about the abnormal cases that are seen in the region. I will not give any spoilers about that. Go and see! I am sure you will be left speechless during your visit.

  خیلی زحمت برای این موزه دانشجویان و اساتید دانشگاه کشیدند و متاسفانه حمایتی هم به اونصورت از این موزه نشده است

  موزهٔ تاریخ طبیعی اصفهان در یک بنای مربوط به سدهٔ نهم خورشیدی (سدهٔ پانزدهم میلادی)، متعلق به دوران تیموریان، قرار دارد. این بنا دارای چند تالار بزرگ و یک ایوان است که با مقرنس و تزیینات گچبری زینت داده شده است. شاید این ساختمان محل چندان مناسبی برای نمایش جانوران نباشد، به ویژه دایناسورهای پلاستیکی جلوی بنا به گونهٔ ناهنجاری با معماری بومی ساختمان ناهماهنگی دارند. موزهٔ تاریخ طبیعی شامل هفت سالن به شرح زیر است:
  
  سالن راهنمای موزه.
  سالن بی مهرگان مشتمل بر انواع تک سلولی‌ها، اسفنج‌ها، مرجانها، خارپوستان، نرم تنان، بندپایان، حشرات و صدفهای کمیاب.
  سالن گیاه شناسی مشتمل بر انواع گیاهان گلدار، بی گل، گیاهان دارویی، صنعتی و تنه درختان جنگل‌های ۱۸۰ میلیون سال پیش ایران.
  سالن زمین شناسی شامل کلیهٔ مواد تشکیل دهندهٔ پوستهٔ جامد زمین، کانی‌ها، کریستالها، سنگ‌های معدنی، رسوبی و.
  سالن جغرافیای طبیعی و نقشه‌ها مشتمل بر انواع نقشه‌های ایران(زمین شناسی، گیاهان، جانوران و)
  سالن مهره داران که بزرگترین سالن موزه است و مشتمل بر انواع ماهیان، دوزیستان، خزندگان، پرندگان و پستانداران به صورت تاکسیدرمی شده می‌باشد.
  سالن کمک آموزشی و دیدنی‌های جهان خلقت شامل عکس‌ها و اسلایدهای آموزشی
