It's nice place. It seemed very safe when I went there at night 19 ish.
There are a lot of amazing facilities, in-line skates link, chess area, some coats ; badminton ; basket ball soccer etc.. You'll walk around safely If you were there at night. I never thought there is a good park in Tehran before I visit. I had some prejudices with Tehran by western influences.

It is a special park in comparison with other parks of Tehran and has more possibilities.
Artists Forum is there and there are many exhibition and theater halls in it.
Also there is a small sports complex, as well as children's playground.
Buffet and bookshop are other facilities of park.

one of the best in Tehran
+ you can choose to play chess or backgammon inside the park.
+ another option is to seat around the pool(Howz in Farsi) & enjoy.
+ if you are interested in arts and theaters you could find a building inside the park which is called "House of Artists"(Khan-e Honarmandan in Farsi).
+ the park has some services for people with disabilities.

One of my favorite spots in Tehran. Clean and beautiful park, very lively at evenings. Nice cafés and an art gallery in it, all worth visiting. In the northern part there are some tables to play "ping pong", as the Iranians call it. Just ask to join in, you'll have a good time!
