  The place might seem cozy to some, but to me, it was dusty and things in the shops were in mothballs. seemed to be economically cramped since there were only few people in the shops despite all flyers handed out

  I went to meet my appointment at VFS (visa service).
  Mall is small sort of small shops, the biggest one is clothing store around 100 sq m.
  But lifts are well organized.
  I had no chance to check food court area.
