  متاسفانهبرای تور ما ققنوس کیفیت و اعتبار قبلی خودشو از دست دادحدس میزنممدیریت تغییر کرده بسیار سرویس دهی نامناسب در سفر سوئیس برای مسافران پدیدار شد درحالیکه هزینه ی هتل ۵ ستاره را همگی متقبل شدیم..ولی سرویس دهی در حد ۲ ستاره بود..در حالیکه هوا سرد بود و بارش برف هم داشت..ولی سیستم گرمایشی اطاق ها برای تابستان تنظیم بودو..خیلی مسائلی که واقعا خجالت آوره تک تک نوشته بشه

  بسیار خوب و پیگیر
  مقداری قیمتشان از تورهای دیگر بیشتر است ولی به نسبت سرویسی که ارایه می شود و احترام به مشتری کاملا مناسب است

  We were the group of 6 persons travelling for 8 days on a tour around Iran organized by Ghoghnos agency. The whole tour was a perfect experience. The agency staff, and in particular the guide Ali and the driver Reza, were professional, knowledgeable, prepared to do whatever was necessary to enable us to learn and understand Iran from the point of history, architecture, culture, cuisine, and custom of the people. The most impressive was the kindness and the hospitality of the Iranian people. The only concern could be the lower quality of the hotels which was on some places (Shiraz, Isfahan) lower than expected from the number of stars announced.
  In conclusion, the experience from this tour was more than expected.
