ive been to mashhad several times and stayed in several hotels but this golden paradise is so much different with so much luxury services and nice lobby design and cool rooms. everything U want is available at anytime U want

The hotel it self is one of a few GEM in Mashhad area , so I decided to go for its traditional restaurant ( terma sunayti restaurant) .
The decorations inside the restaurant was really fantastic, the staff is very friendly.
The food is the only down side in the place , not at all delicious, not authentic, compared with other ordinary restaurant it is below expected .
Expensive
I would rather choose another restaurant to avoid the disappointment.
The touch of bringing a pomegranate at the end worth a thumb up .response / report this review -

One of the best hotels in Mashhad and almost in Iran. Rooms were spacious and facilities were completely useful. Staff were kind and service is also good. Breakfast covers wide variety of foods and beverages. Cleanness were also fantastic. It's certainly worth the money. During my 4 days stay there, I had a pleasant experience. Don't hesitate to book this hotel if you are searching for one in Mashhad.

This is not a 5 star hotel in the first place. I wonder how they claim to be 5 star. Oh wait! here is Iran!!
Overall, for the price they charge with all discounts, they under deliver services.
The customer service is unbelievable. When we arrived to this hotel after travelling half of the world, the person who was attending us offered to go somewhere else because we didn't have Iran currency! Even though it is the hotel policy that guests can put deposit in dollars before they exchange money.
For two of us we were given a tiny room. It was single room but they put one single bed and one double bed in it.
Fake jacuzzi in bathroom!
Every time having shower the bathroom floor were flooded. you needed pair of gumboots for a trip to bathroom.
The towels and robes were so rough and heavy.
The hot meal breakfast tastes like packaged food with lots of salts. You could tell that they were not freshly made and are leftovers from previous days. A glass cup cracked in my hand when I poured hot water in it!!
The swimming pool was too small only 1.30 m at deepest. The chlorine salt solution dip used for feet disinfection, had lots of strands of hair. Pubic hair!!
There were only four machine in the gym, two treadmills that one was not working, one bike that was not adjustable.
When checking out, we were treated like hostages. Our luggages were taken away from us without any clear communication, when we had cleared our bills.
If you still want to go to this hotel, when you check out, double triple check your bills, because the staff either don't know their maths or they want to ripe you off further which happened for us.response / report this review -

Their women employee barely can speak any English, if you need anything ,try to find a men employee. Shame for the International name.
Good breakfast, good location. Internet free for 1Gb up+down link 3 days total. Everyday will delivery you fruit or chocolates. Free mini Bar, but only 3 kinds of soft drink available. Swimming pool is beautiful but too small, also the gym.response / report this review -

Perfect example of how a good hotel should be!!
Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Couldn't have been more sweet. The airport transport staff were really nice and friendly and it was also free and comfortable. You will have an individual supporter as soon as you have your room number who'll guide you to your room, show you everywhere and will give you a mobile number that you can call if you need something. Everywhere in the hotel was clean, stylish and roomy with excellent service in the lobbies, coffee shops and restaurants where we had breakfast lunch and dinner. For breakfast you'll have over 200 options. Food was beyond good and service in all restaurants attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable with a full free minibar. You'll be welcomed in your room with a bottle of non-alcoholic beer beside a welcome note with your name on (on your room table). Every evening they will serve you with free different evening meals consist of delicious cookies, different fruits and nuts.
Compared to what you pay you'll receive great service.
Everything about this hotel is exceptional, I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stays (I reserve this hotel every time I travel to Mashhad.response / report this review -

Well The services are perfect. They will respect you and prepare what ever you want! Its breakfast is one of the best breakfasts I've ever eaten. This hotel has big and high quality restaurants! Of course its design and architecture is not based on Iranians style! But you will experience a good residence in this hotel!
