I had an appointment for endoscopy and colonoscopy with Dr. Seifi in this hospital. I was given a hard dieting program, using different kinds of medicines to wash up my stomach for 2 days. Just at the last minutes when I was prepared for the test, I had a call from the hospital that my appointment was cancelled due to some problems in the hospital. It is very irresponsible of this hospital not to understand the hard and critical situation of a patient. It is impossible for me to go through this program again.
درست كمى قبل ازوقت تعيين شده براى كلونوسكپى وگذراندن پروسه سخت آمادگى به من اطلاع دادند كه بعلت نظافت اتاق عمل وقت شما كنسل شده. بيمارستانى كه حتى براى ابتدايى ترين امور برنامه ريزى ندارد بهتراست كه همان هتل باقى بماند. گرچه اداره هتل هم نياز به برنامه ريزى ومديريت قاطع دارد.response / report this review -

A fancy hoapital with lowest possible services. While their calling themself as hotel hoapital, it is just a trick to recieve maximum possible cost but they provide you the minimum service. Some of nurses are frinedly and some unfriendly, but the administrative office is not helpful at all. They just behave you as a customer with lowest possible service and wast your time. I fill out 3 coplain letter up to now but no amswer. I advice you if your money and time is valuable for you, avoid this hospital. I will never come back there. Sorry for management of hospital.
