  اگه قولنامه بدون کد رهگیری ببرید با قبض و دفترچه بیمه پلاک موتور میدن.فقط قولنامه مهر املاک پاش باشه.من به خاطر مهر نداشتن یه بار برگشتم.این واسه افرادی که متولد تهران نیستن

  مرکز خوبی هست, وقتی ما رسیدیم صف بسیار طولانی بود ولی چون باجه های خیلی زیادی دارن تو 3 ساعت کل کار انجام شد .

  مدارکتون کامل باشه کارتون بی معطلی راه میوفته
  حداقل دو ساعت زمان می بره
  قبل از جای شماره موتور و شماره بدنه رو تمیز کنید تا خوانا باشه

  جز مراکز متوسط هست..در این جور مکان ها باید با حوصله بودصبور بود و جریمه رو هم همونجا پرداخت کردمی تونید ادرس بدید که مربوط به پدر و مادرتون باشه و قبض تلفن به نام اون ها بدید

  عکس مدارک کورد نیازتون، تووووجه داشته باشید خلافی ماشین رو از قبل پرداخت ننننننکنید اونجا کارت میکشید چون اغلب مبلغش فرق می کنه و اسیر میشید

  When you buy a car in Iran, you should change the car plate and everyone has to drive with a car which has the owner's plate number.
  
  To apply and get your own plate number, you should take the car among with the seller to one of the centers which are ready to provide you such a facility.
  
  The process won't be long and it will take less than few hours depends on the number of applicants who visit the centre at the same time.
