Very kind Staff, they are better than other embassy's staff,They reply on time, every thing is regular, but as when as the process of getting Visa is from VFS , everyone in unsatisfied, because of unreasonable refusal .

Amazingly rude and uncivilized ! The staff are either picked for their rudeness and based on family and connections as is the case in most of these so-called "embassies" ! A friend of mine has had similar experience and is actually hiring a lawyer to file an official complaint against them for their treatment of his old father by the visa staff there. Just plain horrible!

They don't even have a Farsi/Persian language speaking phone line. Only dutch or English.

Because of my job I travel a lot and the Dutch embassy in Tehran was the worst embassy in the world I have ever been. I had an appointment at 10 AM and I visit one of the staff at 13 and at 15 they finish the visa application process. They do not allow you to bring your mobile, bag, any kind of snacks and even water. There is no water in the waiting hall and they do not allow you to go out of embassy to maybe eat or drink somethings and then come back. In this condition I had to wait 5 hours there and I almost pass out due to thirst and hunger.
Separate from a man how was seated in one of the counter the behavior of the staff were very bad and rude.response / report this review -
