Based on what happened to my mother and grand mother at the embassy of Sweden in Iran, I do not even give them a star! How dare they treat people that bad?!!!!!? I think people who work for embassies are representatives of their countries; so the governments should be more cautious about choosing them! Besides, All the people deserve some respect, no matter where they come from! My grandmother's hands were shaking when the lady who works for the embassy was behaving so disrespectfully and the worst part is that she saw my grandmother fear and continued her rude behavior!

My wife and I came to Sweden as happy PhD students from Iran. We have studied, worked and paid tax in Sweden for 12 years with not a single day of unemployment. Both scientists at Karolinska institute and Uppsala University doing world class research in the field of neuroscience. Fine
I asked my educated sister to join us for 3 months to support my family and specially my PREGNANT wife and she kindly agreed. Consider, we have no relatives in Sweden and her support was the key for both of us to keep our jobs up and running with full speed (She has just started a new position). Fine
Her visa is surprisingly rejected by embassy of Sweden in Tehran however, she has been in Sweden two times before, 2010. Not fine ha?
Great job Migrationsverket, Regeringen and embassy for such a great and supportive job for employees and legal immigrants. I am proud of paying tax to keep you up and running with such performance.

Obnoxious rude peasants posing as "diplomats" ! My experience and many of my friends have been nothing but bad and their treatment of applicants is just unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I would have kicked them out of Iran presto.

The Swedish ambassador always states that the Iranian government should respect the human rights in Iran. However, the embassy of Sweden in Tehran treats Iranian people in the worst way. There is no place to stay or sit when waiting in long queues for the embassy to answer your questions. There is only a small window that all people from 18 to 80 should use to talk to the (usually angry) employees of the embassy. When it rains, old people get wet and freezing cold cause "it is below the dignity of the Swedish government to let Iranian people into its embassy".

Seriously these people just talk!
