  Having all my documents ready and appointment confirmation letter in my hand, I went to VFS office in Palladium shopping center today. There, I was informed that my appointment had been cancelled. When I asked for explanation and why I was not informed consequently, they started insulting and threatening me as an "agitator "!!! Don't you really have any sort of supervision over their conduct? If not, all the shame is yours.

  Unhelpful staff, got us to wait 40 minutes in front of the door to finally tell us (after we rang the bell for the 10th time) that the staff was away today and we had to come back in 3 days (while we fly out tomorrow).

  If you've been to other embassies, you'll clearly notice that the visa staff are more friendly & open than Germany's staff.Strongly suggest to not lecture the staff, unless you've been asked for.

  برخورد تعدادی ایرانیه عقده ای در پشت باجه های پرسش و پاسخ، واقعا باعث خجالت و تأسف است. این توهین به خود و ملیت خود است. شعور بعضی جای خود را به زبون بودن و حسادت و بی هویتی داده.
  بهتر است سفارت افراد با ادب تر و محترم تری استخدام کند، فعلا توصیه بنده این است که مردم به سفارت دیگر کشورها مراجعه کنند و ویزای خود را از دیگران دریافت کنند ، شاید با حرمت برخورد شود.
