The garden was closed to the public for a long time while renovation was in progress. I believe the renovation was a total failure and has degraded such a magnificent historical garden to an ordinary backstreet park.
I heard the renovation has been done by municipality of Shiraz who have used the same techniques and material they use for city parks and sidewalks.

One of many beautiful gardens in Shiraz. This garden is near Saadi Tomb. There's a nice little museum inside. The main building has been under restoration for quite some time now.

Beautiful and clean garden.
The building was grate and beautiful too.3 floor museum.first one is for old coins dresse and painting second one is just some old photos of Shiraz and it's people and third floor is for radio , it had grate view too.
Worth a visit ! It's cheaper than the other gardens but better !!!response / report this review -

You must know usually every school in Shiraz takes its students to Delgosha every year (maybe twice at a year!). So every Shirazi kids had been taken to this garden dozens of times from elementary to high school! funny
