The hotel decoration is perfect especially in Lobby. Food in main restaurant is good. Pool is good. Staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast is average limited choice and mainly hot food that is good for launch. Rooms are not really sound proof. Transportation from airport is not free but other hotels do it free. I stay there 11 nights and asked for a DVD player to play movie but told me not available .

The praise was worth before under exelant service, however to you can found the same in the hotel. At same time there are more 5stars coming up every year. Wishing the management all the best to improve the consapt of Well coming the guests.

Small rooms and no transfer from holy shrin to the hotel. Swimming pool is fantastic. Generally I strongly recommend this hotel.

I had a great experience but it doesn't really worth the money. Same experience is available in many 4 star hotels for sure.
The crew are polite and friendly, the place is beautiful and relaxing, but unfortunately although food is quite expensive, quality is not as remarkable.

This hotel is luxury one with friendly and helpful stafs, Roof garden restaurant is romantic and nice place with delicious foods. Their breakfast service is amazing and is realy first class.

The economy rooms are so tiny and not good enough for a five-star hotel!

Economy rooms (floor 1 to 3) are very awful (small and no city views), but the staff is very friendly and helpful. Also the hotel is very clean. I like it's atmosphere.
