What I observed is that this is not an open cafe for new customers. Gang type place with repetitive customers who are here for other reasons. Dirty kitchen and staff, not responsive, basic rules are ignored easily. The snacks are low in quality and not OK. I guess owners don't care for business continuity and they were looking for someplace to get along with their friends whatsoever. Don't waste your money and time here, that is for sure. I've got news from inside sources that the owners and staff have some sort of race to flirt with women here. This is a clear negation of customer and owner principle. The staff is way far from a polite response.
