  بوستان یا پارک به مکانی محفوظ می‌گویند که به صورت طبیعی یا نیمه طبیعی توسط دولت به وجود آمده‌است، و در کنار آن برای تفریح و لذت بردن انسان، یا برای حفاظت از حیات وحش یا زیستگاه طبیعی. بوستان‌ها ممکن است شامل سنگ، فواره، خاک، آب و قسمت‌های چمن باشد. بسیاری از پارک‌ها قانوناً حفاظت شده و محفوظ اند.

  Quite big park relatively close to the train station and adjacent to Tehran South Terminal (buses). There is a small artificial lake in it that you can explore by "pedalo" boat. However, I've never tried it, as I only cross it normally on Friday mornings – at that time everything is closed.
