هتل خوب و تمیزه. رفتار پرسنلش بسیار مودبانه است. سویتش یه اتاق ۲ تخته و یه اتاق با دو تخت جدا و ۲ مبل تخت خوابشو داره.

This hotel is proper for family travelling. The cost of each night is moderate, and crews are polite and kind.

This hotel is a 4 star hotel with good price it is clean with big cozy rooms and respectful staff.but wifi internet is so poor which I did not use it .

بدترین تجربه من تا به حال! The worst experience I ever had!
Worst experience ever!!!!
بدترین تجربه ای که داشتم!
ساعت 1 شب رسیدم هتل، شوفاژ ها خاموش بودند و اتاق یخ، از درز پنجره ها باد میومد، شوفاژ چکه می کرد و کف اتاق خیس بود. یکی از شوفاژ ها سرپیچچ نداشت و زنگ زدم تاسیسات بیاد باازش کنه. یه مبل خراب وسط اتاق بود و پیج و مهره هاش توی قفسه ریخته شده بود. (جورچین ذاشتند که حوصله میهمان سر نره)
کتری خراب بود و فرداش کتری آتش گرفت. خسارت کتری داغون رو می خواستند از من بگیرند. کارت ملی را گرو گرفتند و حتی وقتی گفتم زنگ بزنید پلیس گفتند خودتان زنگ بزنید. رفتار مدیر هتل کاملا غیر حرفه ای بود. گفتند مگر چقدر پول دادی که من خسارت کتری را از تو نگیرم.
من هم سازمان جهانگردی شکایت کردم و دو ساعت بعد کارتم را از هتل پس گرفتم!response / report this review -

Clean and modern apartment hotel. Descent shower. Good breakfast. Located within 15 mins walk from the Grand Bazaar. Free Wi-Fi.
