  The Bamika salad washing line is completely automatic. In the wash basins, the system of injection of air bubbles into the water causes turbulence in the water, which remove mods and clay from of vegetables. At the end of the initial wash, clean water is sprayed on the vegetables and then the next step is washed.
  To disinfect ozone, it is injected into the water.
