  WORST TRAVEL AGENCY!!! I cannot recommend to travel with this agency. They organized a trip for us to travel through Iran (Teheran, Shiraz, Yazd, Isfahan) for 2 weeks. They booked hotels, a driver and a tour guide for us. Iran was great but the travel agency including the travel guide turned out to be a disaster. Prior to our trip we asked them to book traditional hotels in the old towns of the different cities. After arrival it turned out that all but one hotel was outside of town not traditional at all and very old – hence the total opposite of what we had asked for. The standards were not at all what we paid for. The agency received 200Eur per person per night, the hotel they had booked us costed not more that 60Eur for a double room. Unfortunately, they were not willing to change the reservations for us and to look for better accommodations. We ended up fighting with them every day, and to book and pay our own hotels.
