  مکان یابی ضعیف این پاساژ باعث ترافیک بیشتر در ورودی پل فردیس شده که قبل از این هم شدیدا مشکل ترافیک داشت.

  طبقه پایین اختصاص داره به دو فروشگاه بزرگ لباس ال سی و د فاکتو
  در طبقات بالا هم یه سری مغازه فروش پوشاک، کفش و اسباب بازی هست که اجناس نسبتا خوبی دارند
  فود کورت طبقه بالا هم فضای بسیار خوبی به خودش اختصاص داده وکیفیت غذاها هم نسبتا خوبه
