  There are two types:
  Sinus: which forms on the site of the hole and over time purulent and bloody discharge is drained from those holes. It is not an emergency and can be operated on time, but the sooner the better. Because the infection grows quickly and the wound grows larger. And the probability of recurrence after surgery increases.
  Abscess: There is no hole to drain the secretion of infection. And because of this place it becomes swollen and inflamed. In this case, action must be taken as soon as possible.
  
  In any case, before the operation, a strong antibiotic is used for a while to reduce the infection, and then the operation is done about a week.
  
  The operation is very easy. That means you will be operated in the morning and you will be released in the afternoon.
  If the infection is low, it is performed with simple local anesthesia. Otherwise, spinal anesthesia is performed. But if you are very scared, you can do a brief anesthesia. You will not sit down. The music will be played to you and you will talk to the doctor and the nurse.
  
  In the old days, after the operation, the wound was not sutured and the wound was open and only the dressing was used. And the dressing had to be changed every day, in which case the patient is very annoyed, especially when changing the dressing. It gets less again.

Finally, 3 weeks after the operation, you can sit on the air tube normally. But the air tube should always be used for up to two months.
  About a month after the operation, your back hurts after standing for a while. Because that area is not completely full from the inside, but after a period of 2 months, this back pain problem will be completely eliminated.
  
  The difficulties of this operation include the following 3 cases:
  - You have to lie down for two weeks and you can not stand long. Because your back hurts.
  - The area around the operation may become inflamed and itchy due to the dressing adhesive. Use trimansinolone ointment. Paper adhesive is less sensitive.
  - You always have to take the air tube with you for a while, which is a bit embarrassing.

  In addition, some doctors suture during the operation in such a way that the operation site is almost smooth after recovery and there is no depression (so-called plastic surgery), thus reducing the likelihood that the hair will accumulate there again and cysts will form. You can remind your doctor about this.
  
  You can use a special ointment for skin scars after removing the sutures so that the stitches can be removed quickly. (I do not know his name but he is Iranian)
  
  Cleaning the hair in that area greatly reduces the chance of recurrence. So always keep that area clean.
  
  It is a simple operation. But the doctor's experience is very important. So be sure to go to the best doctor you can think of.
  Do not go under the burden of outpatient surgery in the office. Because it is not very hygienic inside the office and it is easier in your own hospital .
