Awful store in terms of goods - answering and following the order. I did the order. After 5 days, no tracking code was sent for the shipment. After all the effort, I was able to call. They just say if you are in a hurry, we will return your Polton. I said yes, return it. Now, 4 days (9 days after registering the order), no money has been returned and no call has been answered. Whoever orders goods from this store will get nothing but nerves.

Yes, as friends have said, buying from Genaveh and Baneh is no longer as affordable as I used to be, I bought a few from the Saif Commodity site myself, but unfortunately they were awful in customer respect and respect, I do not recommend any of the locals, better than the store. Shop online or in your own city because buying a few percent cheaper than the after-effects of this store is not worth it.
For example, we bought two juicers, and one of us had a broken arm. After all, we saw a whole bunch of glue that goes out of water! We posted that one, give them the money to slam that device! I have attached the photo too!
We bought a new espresso machine that didn't work, water was coming out of his body, saying he had to come from Dubai for a month, until finally repairing the same piece, giving us a replacement!
Now if I were to buy 7,000 Tomans above a reputable store, we wouldn't have all that much trouble at 2%.
Still making the decision with less trouble and less money or a little more expensive assurance ???
