  They do not have a restaurant. A very small breakfast bought from the local grocery store. The tea flask did not keep warm for an hour. Clean room and polite staff

  ارزان و تمیز و نوساز
  فقط برای اردوها فاکتور نمیدن
  حسینیه‌ی ۶۰-۷۰نفره هم داره
  برای آدرس هم باید از امام خمینی ۷ آدرس بدید

  A nice and affordable place. I respect of low cost you will find here a good place to stay. For the people who are first time in Mashhad it will cost only 5000 tomans per night, For next times 10000 tomans. But pay attention for some notes:
  1-you must book and pay from 1 month before the time you want to be there.
  2-food is not served here, but there is a kitchen in every floor to cook. Boiling water is also provided.
  3- the rooms are OK equipped with refrigerator and bathroom, But no TV.
  
  Have a nice residence.
  Pray for me.
