  - عليرغم اسم اين سازمان، ساختمان مناسب و برازنده مهندسان و ديگر مراجعين نيست
  - نبود دسترسي مناسب براي افراد کم توان
  - برخي ازکارکنان برخورد نامناسبي دارند
  + راه اندازي مکاتبات اداري الکترونيکي و روابط عمومي اقدامي مثبت براي اين سازمان بود

  You expect the Architectural and Civil Engineering Organization to own an impeccable building. This is not the case here. Most of the times this building has a broken elevator. The interior design is simply hideous and the staff are hardly helpful.
