  ما ۵ شب اقامت داشتیم. هتل بزرگ با امکانات خوب و منظره عالی با فاصله ده کیلومتری از گرگان. در کل نظر ما رو جلب کرد البته به نظرم کمی قیمت ش بالا بود.استخر و پرسنل خیلی خوب بودن اما صبحانه ها خیلی تکراری و بدون تنوع و از نظر کمیت کم بود و متاسفانه هتل راهنمای گردشگری هم نداشت و پذیرش هم اطلاعات کافی درباره اماکن دیدنی و رو نداشت.
  اما در کل خوب بود👌🏻👌🏻

  it was opposite of my expectation and was great Hotel. The location is far from the city and quite and clean. All staff treat well and can speak English that is another advantage of this hotel. The restaurant and the quality of the food was great. they should expand their area if they can. they wifi connection was free and also weak at the loby.

  Botanic palace is located away from the city in a quiet and beautiful area which has the view to Gorgan mountain and you can easily see the beauty of nature. All around the hotel are farm lands beside the hotel itself which is inside a beautiful garden. The hotel staff are very young and helpful despite some reviews which i have seen. The breakfast is good and has food for all tastes. The management is always around and monitors everything there. Rooms are very clean with highest standards of a 5 star hotel. You can use pool and such and dining is available there.

  1-اصلاً جای خوبی برای استراحت نیست - دیوارهای کاذب اتاق ها و پر سرو صدا
  2-متاسفانه بر عکس برداشتی که ما از گرگانی ها داشتیم، مدیریت( یا خانم مسئولی) که در پذیرش بودن جوری برخورد کردن که اصلا شایسته نبود، با زرنگ بازی گفتن قیمت های رزو آنلاین از سایت ها متفرقه که پایین تر از قیمت اعلامی خودشون بود امکان پذیر نیست، و این دروغ محض است. من ترجیح میدم جایی پولمو خرج کنم که به شعورم احترام بگذارند و دروغ نگویند

  Very nice, tidy and beautiful hotel, good place, well designed and also well educated polite personnel plus, professional chef!
  Clean swimming pool and sauna and massage room, all available!!!?
  Special room for kids to play and billiard desk and Foosball Table
  I guarantee all the 5 stars of this hotel "'exceptionally'', are real( At least at present time! 1.Oct.2017! )

  The hotel is unique in the region.
  Clean rooms, bicycles for free, big and beautiful green area
  The swimming pool is not so clean.
  Perfect food.
  Friendly and useful staff.
  The location is not good for those who want to take a walk around the city center.
