I was in this restaurant early this month and ordered both Iranian and Western foods as they offer both. We had 4 different foods: two Western including beef and chicken steak and two Iranian named Feele Kebab and Kebab Torsh.
First I need to mention that I live in Canada and we have almost the best beef for steak (Alberta AAA beef), so it is not fair to compare the quality of beef I had there with best restaurants in Canada. But it was really tender, tasty and flavorful and much much better than some restaurant in Canada Actually, the restaurant chef did a great job to grill it juicy and tasty.
Feele Kebab which was rolled lamb meat was really tasty and cooked well. Kebab Torsh had sour sauce and was not of my interest.
The chef came to our desk to get feedback. He was so polite and professional and briefly explained what he used.
The restaurant is considered a medium-sized restaurant and is good for family gathering. They offer self-service salad including vegetables, pastas and yogurt. The privacy is not good but there is a VIP lounge with more privacy and a capacity of 10-20 person. There is no free wifi and recorded traditional Iranian music plays for all.
In general, it is a good place for people looking for a quiet place to have a dinner with family or friends.

The quality of dishes is fluctuating from time to time. You don't have any idea what to expect.
