I didn't like the staff ways they deal with the customer when I went for the first time there was a girl on the reception I told her that I want to join the gym she answered in very bad way (it cost 100$) like know the cost before you ask!! .. the place is very crowded and small area the ground is very bad and unstable..
This gym sucks for someone who is trying to go and have their workout done without being disrespected or annoyed by the trainer just because they are not paying for his program. Experiencing sexism and racism is one of the main issues other than:
1- Limited machines and treadmills
2- Ground is very weak, completely unsuitable for weightlifting, powerlifting, or crossfit
3- Poor staff
4- Poor customer service
Have trained at this gym for a year and regret every minute I trained there, I used to think it's the one of best gyms in are but after training in others gym, I realized it's the worst, the ground has ups and downs you will feel it just by walking on it (Imagine lifting heavy weight on such a ground), it's not stable at all, the safety at this gym is poor, the squat racks are not stable!
And when it comes to customer service, the staff are unpolite, the trainer keeps making fights with members.
Currently I'm training at Heat gym which is about 2 km from this Gym, it's much better for a very competitive price, the staff and people there are very friendly too.
Clean and well organized. A good selection of equipment and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Water, supplements and merchandise are available for purchase.
The locker room was neat with all expected amenities.
Towel is mandatory for workouts. Either bring your own or purchase one of theirs.
Amazing atmosphere and social group
Clean and well organized gym I love the classes they offer
Very good
