  They're importing stuff by online shopping ; you find the item you wanna buy from amazon and copy the link to paste it on their website beside some primary info about you so they send you a ticket that you should fulfil by going to their place and you'll get your item within approximately one month.
  I find it helpful that there's at least some company offers such services here in Kurdistan, Iraq.
